NOTIFICATION ON ANNUAL REQUIREMENT OF SUGARCANE AND MINIMUM
QUANTITY OF CANE TO BE CRUSHED BY THE SUGAR FACTORIES IN
THE STATE DURING 2018-2019 CRUSHING SEASON.
NOTIFICATION
After careful examination of the proposals of the Sugar Factories
and in exercise of the powers conferred under Sub-Section (1) and
(2) of Section 12 of Andhra Pradesh Sugarcane (Regulation of
Supply and Purchase) Act, 1961 read with Rule 16 of Andhra Pradesh
Sugarcane (Regulation of Supply and Purchase) Rules, 1961 on the Cane
Commissioner, A.P., the annual requirement of sugarcane and
minimum quantity of cane to be crushed by the sugar factories in the
State during 2018-2019 season is hereby notified, as specified in the
schedule appended to this Notification.
