Sri Venkateswara Rao, K. Savaram, Undrajavaram Mandal, West Godavari District, who belongs to Holy Spirit Helping Fellowship to solemnize the marriage between Indian Christians and to issue Certificate of Marriage in accordance with provisions of the said Act within the territories comprising the State of Andhra Pradesh.
