DE-NOTIFICATION OF TWO AREAS NAMELY VASAVI NAGAR AND REVENUE
COLONY OF MAHADEVAPURAM GRAM PANCHAYAT FOR THEIR MERGER
INTO THE LIMITS OF KANDUKUR MUNICIPALITY IN PRAKASAM DISTRICT.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (f) of sub-section (2) of
Section 3 of the Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994, (Act 13 of 1994), the
Governor of Andhra Pradesh hereby cancel the notification, in which the two areas
namely, 1) Vasavinagar and 2) Revenue Colony are declared as part of
Mahadevapuram Gram Panchayat in Prakasam District, with immediate effect in
order to enable their merger into Kandukur Muncipality of Prakasam District.
