Khader Baba Vali, situated at > Babametta, Vizianagaram District is a registered Wakf along with attached properties in T.S.No.411 corresponding to R.S.No.4 admeasuring Ac.18.00 cents situated at Municipal limits at Vizianagaram and it is under direct management of A.P. State Wakf Board. In the reference 1st read above Janab Mohd Atavullaha Shareef shah Taj Quadri Baba, R/o. Babametta, Khadenagar, Vizianagaram has submitted a representation stating that Dargah Hzt. Khader Baba Vali (Rh) situated at Vizianagaram District & town is a registered Wakf. Janabi Khader Baba Vali (Rh) was great Sufi saint has dedicated in his life for the purpose to serve the humanity and poor people and spent simple life near the jungle at the hill area of vizianagaram. [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, January 25, 2018 The then Board had constituted Managing Committee vide proceedings No.12/VZM/2003, Dt:09-04-2009 headed by Sri S.M. Siddique S/o. SK Sardar for a period of (2) years the period of the Managing Committee expired on 08-04-2011. The applicant further stated that he is looking day to affairs of Wakf institution including regular langer khana, poor feeding, providing cloths, medical & educational aid to the poor in several parts of the sate including Vizianagaram. In the reference 3rd read above the matter has placed before the Board, the Board unanimously resolved to defer this matter to next Board meeting for want of time. The Matter was placed again before the Board, the Board in its meeting it is unanimously resolved to place this matter before the Towliath Committee with the detail report of I .A. Concerned. The matter was placed before the Towliath Committee along with the report of Inspector Auditor & report of l/c. Task Force and the Towliath Committee has passed its recommendation to appoint Janab Mohd Atavullaha Shareef shah Taj Quadri Baba, R/o. Babametta, Khadenagar, Vizianagaram as Muthawalli to the subject Wakf institution U/s. 63 of Wakf Act, 1995 for a period of (3) three years vide reference 9th read above. The recommendation of the Towliath Committee was placed before the Board and the Board vide reference 10th read above unanimously resolved to appoint Janab Mohd Atavullaha Shareef Shah Taj Quadri Baba, R/o. Babametta, Khadenagar, Vizianagaram as Muthawalli U/s. 63 of Wakf Act, 1995 for a period of (3) three years. Accordingly Janab Mohd Atavullaha Shareef Shah Taj Quadri Baba, R/o. Babametta, Khadenagar, Vizianagaram is hereby appointed as Muthawalli U/s. 63 of Wakf Act, 1995 for a period of (3) three years to the D.Hzt. Khader Baba Vali (Rh) at Babametta, Vizianagaram. The Mutawalli should discharge his legitimate duties strictly in accordance with the provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995 and Rules framed there under and should follow the instructions issued by the Board from time to time and should submit the Accounts Budget Income & Expenditure statement and should pay Wakf Fund as required U/s. 44, 46 & 72 of the Wakf Act, 1995. The Mutawalli should take prompt action in protecting the Wakf Properties and should discharge the duties without any complaints without violating the statutory provisions of the Wakf Act, 1995.
