BOARD .

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-section (1) read with Sub-section (2) of
Section 4 of the Water (Prevention and Control of Pollution) Act, 1974, (Central Act 6 of 1974),
adopted on 30.7.1995, by the State of Andhra Pradesh, the Government of Andhra Pradesh
hereby re-constitute the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board with the following Official and
non-officials as Chairman and Members of the Andhra Pradesh Pollution Control Board.
