Bala Krishna Rao, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary, Agiripalli, Krishna District, is temporarily promoted to the post of Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry in Category (5) of Class-A of Andhra Pradesh Animal Husbandry [ 1 ] 2 ANDHRA PRADESH GAZETTE, January 4, 2018 Service in the time scale of pay of Rs. 40270-1110-42490-1190-46060-1270-49870-1360- 53950-1460-58330-1560-63010-1660-67990-1760-73270-1880-78910-2020-84970-2160- 91450-2330-93780 with effect from 31-08-2017 (notionally), on par with his immediate junior, Dr. Y. Uma, Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry, subject to the condition that his promotion is purely on temporary basis and he is liable for reversion at any time without prior notice and without assigning any reason. Consequent on promotion, Dr. M.V. Bala Krishna Rao, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary, Agiripalli, Krishna District is posted as Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry, Area Veterinary Hospital, Penamaluru, Krishna District in the existing vacancy relieving Dr. K. Radha Krishna Murthy, Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry, Area Veterinary Hospital, Nunna Krishna District, from his additional duties. He is not eligible for T.T.A. and joining time. Dr. K. Radha Krishna Murthy, Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry, Area Veterinary Hospital Nunna Krishna District will handover the charge of the post of Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry, Area Veterinary Hospital, Penamaluru to Dr. M.V. Bala Krishna Rao, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon promoted and posted, and get himself relieved of his additional duties. The Joint Director of Animal Husbandry, Krishna is requested to relieve Dr. M.V. Bala Krishna Rao, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary, Agiripalli Krishna District duly making internal arrangements and without waiting for substitute. Dr. M.V. Bala Krishna Rao, Veterinary Assistant Surgeon, Veterinary Dispensary, Agiripalli Krishna District is informed that he should join the promoted post within (15) days from the date of receipt of these orders, failing which he will be deemed to have forfeited the present claim for promotion to the post of Assistant Director of Animal Husbandry for a period of one year from the date of receipt of these orders in terms of Rule 11 (b) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules, 1996 read with G.O.Ms.No.145, General Administration (Ser.D) Department, dated : 15-06-2004.
