SERVICES OF SRI K. SAMBASIVA REDDY, AS IN-CHARGE PART-TIME
OFFICIAL RECEIVER IN WEST GODAVARI DISTRICT AT ELURU - RATIFIED.

NOTIFICATION
In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of Section 57 of the Provincial
Insolvency Act, 1920 (Central Act V of 1920), read with the orders issued in G.O.Ms.No. 511,
Home (Courts.C) Department, dated : 12-09-1989, the Governor of Andhra Pradesh, hereby
appoints Sri Tamatapu Rambabu, as Part - time Official Receiver within the local limits of the
Jurisdiction of the District Court, West Godavari District for a period of two years on probation
from the date of taking charge and also ratify the action of the Registrar (Vigilance), High Court of
Judicature at Hyderabad in having continued Sri K. Sambasiva Reddy, as In-charge Part-time
Official receiver in West Godavari District at Eluru till a new Part-time Official Receiver takes charge of
the post on his appointment by the Government.
