Hyderabad In the letter 3rd read above, has stated that as per Note-lV of G.O.Ms.No.67, HM&FW (I.2) Dept. dt, 14.3.2005, the Senior most Chief Medical Officer shall be posted as Regional Deputy Director and Dr. K.V. Ramanappa is the senior most among the applicants viz., Dr. Padmanabha Reddy & Others and as such, his case for posting him as Regional Deputy Director , Kadapa may be feasible for consideration. 3. The Commissioner of Ayush, A.P. Hyderabad in the letter 5th read above, has stated that as per the existing rules, Dr. D.A.Padmanabha Reddy, Senior Medical Officer, Government Ayurvedic Dispensary, Kurnool cannot be considered for posting as R.D.D. Kadapa against a vacancy arising on 1.9.2010 as the vacancy did not arise during the panel year 2009-10 wherein his name was approved and therefore requested the Government to consider the previous letter dt. 10.8.2010 proposing the candidature of Dr. D.A.Padmanabha Reddy for the post of R.D.D. Kadapa as withdrawn and issue appropriate orders in the matter. 4. The Government, after careful examination of the matter, have decided to withdraw the orders issued vide G.O. 4th read above wherein Dr. D.A.Padmanabha Reddy, was posted on promotion as Regional Deputy Director, Kadapa , Dept. of Aynsh and it is also decided to post Dr. K.V.Ramanappa, Senior Medical , Officer, Govt., Aurvedic Dispensary , Tirupathi on promotion as Regional Deputy Director, Kadapa, Dept., of Ayush duly modifying the orders issued in the G.O. 2nd read above. 5.
