[G.O.Ms.No. 236, Social Welfare (TW.SER.I.2), 23rd December , 2008.] Under rule 10(a) of the Andhra Pradesh State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996, Sri Babu Bhukya, Deputy Director of Tribal Welfare is promoted temporarily as Joint Director Tribal Welfare in the scale of pay of Rs.14600 - 29250/- subject to the condition that he is liable to be reverted at any time without any notice and without assigning any reasons thereof. 2. On promotion, Sri Babu Bhukya, Joint Director (Tribal Welfare) is continued on deputation in Education Department as Project Officer, S.S.A. (Rajiv Vidya Mission), Nalgonda. 3. The above individual on promotion as Joint Director ordered at para (1) above should join in the post of Project Officer, S.S.A. (Rajiv Vidya Mission), Nalgonda within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If he fails to join or evades joining by applying leave or otherwise, within the stipulated time, he shall forfeit all his rights, both present and future, for the post of Joint Director, without any notice according to rule 11(b) of A.P. State and Subordinate Service Rules 1996 and the amendments issued from time to time thereon. 4. The above promotion is subject to the out come of OAs/WPs/WAs/RPs/CAs etc., if any pending before Tribunal/Courts etc., 5. The Director of Tribal Welfare, Andhra Pradesh, Hyderabad, shall take necessary action in the matter accordingly and intimate the date of joining of the above individual, for information and record. On promotion, Sri E. Ravindra Babu, Joint Director (Tribal Welfare) is posted as Joint Secretary, Gurukulam, Hyderabad. 3. The above individual on promotion as Joint Director ordered at para (1) above should join in the post of Joint Secretary, Gurukulam, Hyderabad within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. On promotion, Smt. J. Santha, Joint Director (Tribal Welfare) is posted as Joint Director (Planning) O/o the Director of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad. 3. The above individual on promotion as Joint Director ordered at para (1) above should join in the post of Joint Director (Planning), O/o the Director of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If she fails to join or evades joining by applying leave or otherwise, within the stipulated time, she shall forfeit all her rights, both present and future, for the post of Joint Director, without any notice according to rule 11(b) of A.P. No. 9701/TW.Ser.II.2/2004-9, dated 28-3-2005 and also subject to out come of orders in O.A.Nos. 6185/08 and 7130/08 pending before the Hon’ble Andhra Pradesh Administrate Tribunal, Hyderabad. 3. On promotion, Sri Ahmed Ali is posted as Joint Director (Education), O/o the Director of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad. 4. The above individual on promotion as Joint Director as at para (1) above should join in the post of Joint Director (Education), O/o the Director of Tribal Welfare, Hyderabad within 15 days from the date of receipt of this order. If he fails to join or evades joining by applying leave or otherwise, within the stipulated time, he shall forfeit all his rights, both present and future, for the post of Joint Director, without any notice according to rule 11(b) of A.P.
