Here is the language we came up with, which was vetted by the Solicitor: Attention: The 2017 Valuation Rule has been stayed!!! Lessees should value, report, and pay royalties for January, 2017 production forward under the rules that were in effect prior to January 1, 2017 (click here for more information). I'm not picky about the formatting, other than the first bit be nice a big and bold so people see it. Thanks so much Kim!
