Fedofor his sustained contributions tothewelfare and success of the Curry College community. Dr. Fedo, retiring after 17years ofservice as Academic Dean, was awarded an honorary Doctorof Education. Dean Fedo, who has seen thousands of Currystudents receivetheir degrees, addressed this year's graduating classwith heartfeltwords about Curry. Reciting a monologue from his role in a high school play in Minnesota called the Teahouse ofthe August Moon, Dr. Fedo concluded his remarks noting that, "forsome of us our play at Curry is ending. Butthe drama of life continues, and Curry remains, vigorous and strong. You, as graduates, will leave with your many memories ofthis College, and so will I. I sincerely hope thatyou have loved Curry, as do, and that as theyears go by, whatyou I have learned here, and the people you have known, will be a reservoirof knowledge and wisdom and strength. Yourfuture, including yourvarious beginnings and endings, will then surely become part ofthe rich legacyof Curry College."
