‘The intent of the Town undce this Agreement is lo ensure, dtaing the enriee
term of the Agreement, that properly trained and ceilied pursounel employed by
Amerisan will respoad in a timely fashion to medical emergencies within the
Yown (and rhe land area wilhin ils corporate boundaries] to which they wee
Aispatchec,

a) The Towa recognizes the Saugus Police Deparimeat as the primary agency
(PSAP) lo receive L-911 calls for a medieal anergency originating in Saugus and
