It also identifies a number of measures by which its performance will be monitored. The opportunity has also been taken to list key actions and projects for 2018/19 which are divided between those improving the Borough and those improving the Council. Monitoring The Plan will be reviewed by the Council’s Executive on a quarterly basis, when progress towards achieving specific outcomes and in respect of key actions and projects will be reported and monitored. This enables Councillors to see where the Council is performing well and where further attention is needed if the Council is to address its priorities effectively. Key Performance Indicators The Council’s performance during 2017/18 in respect of key measures is documented, together with the performance targets for 2018/19.
