He is an outfielder who is expected to add great power to our lineup. •Alan Myer, 6'2", 210 pound; left-handed pitcher, from Charleston, WV, drafted by the Florida Marlins, has decided to defer signing a pro contract this year and play with the · Catamounts. Three Potomac State players were also taken in the Major League Draft: •Aaron Lough, a 6'5 ", 210 pound 1st baseman/catcher from Bridgewater, Virginia, was drafted by the Florida Marlins and is presently negotiating a contract with them. If Aaron continues his academic career, he will attend West Virginia University, James Madison University or George Mason University. •Mike Wenger, a 6'5", 230 pound left-handed pitc~er from Chambersburg High School in Fayetteville, Pennsylvania, was also drafted b,y the Florida Marlins and has decided to continue his baseball and educational careers at Potomac State. •Marcos Munoz will be returning to PSC his sophomore year. Marcos was drafted by the Chicago White Sox. His fastball has been clocked as high as 95 mph. A former Potomac State player, playing his junior and senior years at West Virginia University, Steve Beller, was also drafted in the 24th round by the Milwaukee Brewers. Also, Mike Du Vall, from the PSC 1995 National Championship Team, is having an outstanding year in the Florida Marlin's organi:zation. Mike, a left-handed pitcher with the Marlins AA Team in Portland, Maine, was the Marlin's organization Pitcher of the Month Joseph Newton Bundy, Mike A. Hicks and Robert Mullett for April. He had 1 win, 6 saves, and E.RA. of .000 in April. Mike now has 2 wins, 1 loss, Bundy, Hicks and Mullett 8 saves with a .89 E.RA.
