SHOW, UNLESS SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED • Zoning information • Flood Zones • Minimum setback lines, unless contained in a recorded document • Ownership • Underground improvements; e.g., pipes, electrical lines, other utilities, unless there is visible surface evidence that they may exist. • This is not an exhaustive list 10
