Proud of what we aecomplished over the last year. | Raow there is 30 much more work to be dane.

Unfortunately since the fall Ihave experienced 2 ceitan ave af retaliation fram members ofthe
administration that iskeeping me from doing my lob effectively, including exclusions from meetings and
being prevented from working on projects that | had been assigned to ear this year. That
slscrimation and hostility, and the lack of support here, have been frustrating and draining, and Ihave
chosen ta leave my position to protect my heath and happiness. As com a8 it saunds,t cam into this
administration aspiring to make the world a beter place ad feel can de that somewhere else much
‘nore preductvely and without the unnecessary stress and sttaln
