The ICAETT series aims to bring together top researchers and practitioners working in differentdomainsinthefieldofcomputersciencetoexchangetheirexpertiseandto discuss the perspectives of development and collaboration. The content of this volume is related to the following subjects: (cid:129) Communications (cid:129) e-Government and e-Participation (cid:129) e-Learning (cid:129) Electronic (cid:129) Intelligent Systems (cid:129) Machine Vision (cid:129) Security (cid:129) Technology Trends ICAETT 2020 received 116 submissions written in English by 160 authors coming from 15 different countries. All these papers were peer-reviewed by the ICAETT 2020 Program Committee consisting of 165 high-quality researchers.
