These were not included because a separate entry is required for each application.A major qualification is that each submission had to have at least one operating installation; not one in planning or being implemented, but completed and operating.Hardware manufacturers cannot be included unless they have separate advanced control divisions that implement hardware-independent projects. Note that some additional hardware suppliers now meet that requirement.Any comments or suggestions for the Handbook are appreciated.
