Specifically you requested information on: • The number of people enrolled in the FPP in each quarter of State Fiscal Year 2017 and in State Fiscal year 2018 Quarter 1,2, and 3. • The number of services accessed by FPP members in State Fiscal Year 2018 Quarter 2 and 3. • The FPP unique provider count in State Fiscal Year 2018 quarter 2 and 3. • The FPP unique provider count by provider type in each quarter of State Fiscal Year 2017 and 2018 quarter 1, 2, and 3. • Reimbursement for FPP services (quarterly total and per-member cost) in State Fiscal Year Services 2018 quarters 2 and 3. People enrolled in the FPP in each quarter of State Fiscal Year 2017 and State Fiscal year 2018 Quarter 1, 2, 3. The figures below represent the total number of individuals enrolled in the specific quarter. In the most recent fiscal year, the monthly average enrollment was 6,178. The count is based on Current Procedural Terminology (CPT) codes and a single member may have accessed multiple services. Services access counts are based on the date the service was reimbursed. Note: Per member cost and sum of dollar value for reimbursement of services, for all types of services including but not limited to clinic visits, contraceptive devices, oral contraceptives, blood work, pap smears and other laboratory services and based on CPT and diagnostic codes by quarter. We have received your additional request for State Fiscal Year 2018, Quarter 4 data for the categories above. At this time, Quarter 4 data is not available.
