Said study shall make recommendations regarding the efficient use of Pre-Release and Minimum and Medium security placements by the department and removal of the impediments to such placements. Said study shall be submitted to the house and senate committees on ways and means and the joint committee on public safety no later than June thirtieth, nineteen hundred and ninety six. ft OVERVIEW OF CLASSIFICATION PROCESS AND HISTORY
