Now, presently, 864309-8) and in India. just now, now-a-days, a little while ago, recently.—ab-bhī, adv. Even now, yet, as yet, Headwords are given in Arabic, Devanagari still.—ab-tab, adv. Now and then, presently, and Latin scripts (sub-headings and phrases in very shortly:—ab-tab karna, To put off Latin only); they are in the Arabic alphabetical continually, to delay; to evade, shuffle:—ab-tab order, appropriate to Urdu. A Hindi user will hona, To be in a dying state, to be at the point take a little time to get to know it. A rich of death.—ab-tak and ab-talak, adv. Water; water or lustre (in gems); temper in fin; ا with ẓamma (اُ)=the Devanāgarī उ=the (of steel, &c.); edge or sharpness (of a sword, English u, as in bull.—ا with fatḥa, followed &c.); sparkle, lustre; splendour; elegance; by ا, (i.e. ااَ, which is usually written ﺁ)=the dignity, honour, character, reputation.—āb-āb Devanāgarī आ=the English ā, as honā, To be drenched with perspiration; to be in father; ا with fatḥa, followed by the letter و, thoroughly ashamed or abashed; to blush.—īb- (i.e.واَ)=the Devanāgarī औ=the utarnā, To lose lustre or polish, become dull; to English au (sounded rade; to lose honour, be disgraced.—āb- like ou in house); ا with fatḥa, followed by the bigaṛnā = āb utarnā.—āb-i-bārān, s.m. Rain- letter ي, (i.e. ياَ),=the Devanāgarī ऐ=the water.—āb-bāzī, s.f. Play or sport in water; English ai, as in aisle.—اwith ẓamma, followed swimming.—āb-i-basta, s.m. Ice; glass.—āb- by the letter و, (i.e. واُ),=1˚, the pāshī, s.f. Sprinkling water; watering fields, Devanāgarī ऊ=the English u, as &c.; irrigation.—āb-tāb (and āb o tāb), s.f. in rule (or=the oo in pool), and, 2˚, =the Brightness, brilliance, lustre, splendour; Devanāgarī ओ=the English o, as inpole.— dignity, grandeur, majesty, glory, pomp:—āb o ا with kasra, followed by ي, (i.e. ياِ), = 1˚, the tāb denā (-ko), To impart lustre (to); to glorify, Devanāgarī ई=the English ī, as in caprice; and, praise, honour.—āb-tāba, s.m.
