3 SECTION1.SHORTTITLE.
4 Tliis Act may be cited as the "Medicaid Levy En-
5 hancenientAct".
6 SEC. 2. CONTINUOUS LEVY ON PAYMENTS TO MEDICAID
7 PROVIDERSANDSUPPLIERS.
8 (a) In General.—Section 6331(h)(2) ofthe Inter-
9 nal Revenue Code of 1986 (defining specified pajmaent)
