A 10% Buyer’s Premium is added to all invoices. 2. This sale is an unrestricted Public Auction and Mail Bid Sale. All bids are to be entered by lot as numbered in this catalogue. Mail bidders should feel free to bid as much as they wish knowing that we will buy the lot, if possible, below their bid. Thousands of bidders to KATEN SALES can attest to this fact. 3. We make no other charges except the actual cost of mailing, insur- ance/registration. On books we charge 500 per lot (a book dealer now charges $2.00 per lot). When there is more than one book in a lot we use discretion, but never overcharge you. Minimum charge on books is $1.00. 4. Bidders unknown to us must send a deposit of 25% of their bids. References are useful for future bidding. 5. We reserve the right to reject any bid from any bidder when we deem a bid not made in good faith. Most dealers want dollar bids only - but we will accept bids with 500. Minimum acceptable bid is $3.00 with increments of 500. 6. Auction sales are not approval sales. By submitting your bids you agree to the terms of sale herewith set forth. No lot may be returned without written permission and request must be made within 5 days after receipt of material. No lot may be returned by floor bidders. 7. All books are as described. The actual title in a foreign language is given- the cataloguer may interpretthe title which would be in parenthesis. All books are at least in fine condition unless otherwise mentioned. Books are hard bound unless CaC (Card Covers), pb (pamphlet binding), or pc (paper covers) is mentioned. 8. We acknowledge the possibility of errors or typographical mistakes, and any errors on our part will be corrected. Please be careful in placing your bids, as we cannot be responsible for your errors. 9. Auction Sales are for U.S. cash funds. Payment must be made immediately upon receipt of material or upon notification. We reserve the right to demand payment before delivery. 10.
