CB WIPEOUT
The change from 23 -channel to
40 -channel CB caused pretty bad head-
aches for some manufacturers, as people
have virtually stopped buying 23 channel
rigs. But when the FCC announced the
expansion, they also prohibited the sale
of 40 -channel rigs until Jan. 1, so sales
