Thank you. INTRODUCTION Dear reader, I am absolutely thrilled that you got your hands on this book and are entertaining the wish to learn how to BE happy and live happily ever after! You might think it’s hard or even impossible to be happy every single day. Let me tell you this: It is not. No matter what is happening, you can always shift from being unhappy to BE and live your own happiness. Promise. I have tested this statement through all the ups and downs throughout my life as a woman, wife, mom, energy healer, mindfulness guide, and teacher of life. But why even BE and live happy? By BE, I mean your whole YOU (body, mind, soul, and consciousness) being happy. And by live, I mean you experiencing this physical life as happy. 1. For starters, a happy life is a fun and fulfilled experience. A happy being has a healthy physical body, a mind producing joyous thoughts, a soul easy to connect to, and a vivid consciousness to experience life through. When I am happy, my health picks up, I know exactly what I need and want, everything goes right for me, and I experience my life as magical. I call this state my “high for life” frequency. 2. No pressure, but I see it as everyone’s responsibility to BE their best happy them! I base this on the fact that nothing is ever separate, but everything IS always ONE. That we are all made of energy, we are all connected, and we share our energies with each other at all times. You make the world a better place when you are happy! 3. I BELIEVE our truth in this physical life is to BE and live happily, and I KNOW that everyone deserves to learn how to achieve that. And what is it all about? Jacqueline Pirtle Unleash the power of your body, mind, soul, and consciousness to acknowledge all there IS for you. To get a deeper understanding of yourself, everything, and everyone beyond your physical limitations. Dive happily and vividly into the adventure of your life. So how does it work? Happiness is a live moment-to-moment kind of feeling. It is an exercise in mindfulness that shows up in many different ways. There is no right or wrong, no imperfect or perfect, and no good or bad time. Happiness is born when you choose it, commit to it, and when you want to learn how to BE it. I decided to spend every day of 2017 devoted to my own happiness. I wrote every single day about the things I do to honor my own joy, and I used these writings to create this 365 day step-by-step guide, so I could teach you how to shift to BE and live in a “high for life” frequency of happiness too—no matter where you are at in your life right now. I started writing these for myself, but I have a little sneaky intent to touch your heart every day and initiate new learning, understanding, knowledge, and wisdom for you to get closer to your true, authentic self. Some of the guidance you may choose to practice only on that given day, and others you will fall in love with and adopt to continue for the rest of your life. Either way, I hope they will all be rooted in your being, and that your created happiness stays with you for your whole life and beyond. So place this book next to your bed and let it be the first inspiration nourishing your body, mind, soul, and consciousness in the morning. Drenching your new day in a “high for life” energy, which you then can feel, think, smell, taste, hear, and see all day long. Yes, you read this right. I believe very strongly that until you taste your day, you are not living as vividly as you could be, so let me share with you. And I mean, to really be smitten with your happiness until you can't take your thoughts off it anymore. All it takes is a first date, and then a commitment. Consciously plan a wonderful time for yourself. It can be as simple as sitting by a window with a cup of hot tea. Invite your happiness into your life with saying “I am ready to BE and live happy.” Feel your heart filling with excitement. Then make a commitment to give your happiness your undivided attention and love. Start when you open your eyes in the morning, "Good glorious morning my dear Happiness, how are you today, and what magnificent joy are we going to create?" Listen, because happiness replies to you every time. And then start your day with the plans you made together. Check-in at noon, "Hi my dear Happiness, how are we doing? Lost each other there for a moment when I got frustrated, but found each other again. Awesome. What delight are we creating for the afternoon?" Listen, because happiness always answers. The next check-in is in the evening, "Welcome home Happiness, let's relax and enjoy each other!” The last conversation of the day is before you fall asleep, "My beautiful Happiness, I love you and I am the most blessed being in the world to have you by my side. Life is amazing with you." That IS happiness! !1 Jacqueline Pirtle DAY 2 Everything and everyone together make up this magnificent ocean of vibrating energy that is our beautiful universe! • Everything is the same vibrating energy. • Everything vibrates in different frequencies. • Everything is connected, and ONE! • Everything shares its energies. • Everything can shift to BE and live in different frequencies. You and me, no matter where we are, we are both energy, vibrating in certain frequencies and connected through our energies. Which means a rock and tree, train and car, insect and butterfly, boring book, beautiful song, tough situation, mean and nice people, and animals are all energy too; vibrating in certain frequencies and connected with you and me through our energies. They too make up this beautiful universe, just like you and me. Every thought, emotion, action, and word is energy, vibrating in certain frequencies and connected with you and me. And since nothing is ever separate, but actually always connected, the effect of all we do, say, see, hear, taste, smell, think, and feel is always spread and shared with everything and everyone in our beautiful universe and beyond. In your new day, be aware of that connectedness, same-ness, and one-ness. Do, say, see, hear, taste, smell, feel, and think with the understanding that all of you effects all of everyone and everything. That IS happiness! !2
