Asmartcityinvolveswideuseofinformationtechnologyformultidimensional aggregation. The development of smart cities is a new concept. Using Internet of ThingstechnologyontheInternet,networking,andotheradvancedtechnology,all typesofcitieswilluseintelligentsensorplacementtocreateobject-linkedinforma- tionintegration.Then,usingintelligentanalysistointegratethecollectedinformation alongwiththeInternetandothernetworking,thesystemcanprovideanalysesthat meetthedemandforintelligentcommunicationsanddecisionsupport.Thisconcept representsthewaysmartcitieswillthink. Cyber-Physical System (CPS) as a multidimensional and complex system is a comprehensivecalculation,networkandphysicalenvironment.Throughthecombi- nationofcomputingtechnology,communicationtechnology,andcontroltechnology, thecloseintegrationoftheinformationworldandthephysicalworldisrealized.IoT isnotonlycloselyrelatedtopeople’slifeandsocialdevelopment,butalsohasawide application in military affairs, including aerospace, military reconnaissance, intel- ligence grid system, intelligent transportation, intelligent medical, environmental monitoring, industrial control, etc. Intelligent medical system as a typical applica- tionofIoTwillbeusedasanodeofmedicalequipmenttoprovidereal-time,safe,and reliablemedicalservicesforpeopleinwiredorwirelessway.Intheintelligenttrans- portationsystem,road,bridge,intersection,trafficsignal,andotherkeyinformation willbemonitoredinrealtime.Thevastamountofinformationisanalyzed,released, andcalculatedbythesystem,sothattheroadvehicles canshareroadinformation inrealtime.Personnelofroadmanagementcanobserveandmonitorthereal-time situationofthekeysectionsinthesystemandevenreleasetheinformationtoguide the vehicle so as to improve the existing urban traffic conditions.
