Your request sought all flight data for 16 aircraft from January 1, 2018 through present. The Air Traffic Organization, System Operations Services, Performance Analysis Office conducted a search using the Federal Aviation Administration’s Traffic Flow Management System (TFMS). The records provided in the enclosed email represents all available data responsive to your request. Please note that there were no records found for five of the aircraft sought: N440PC, N243AL, N407DE, N407KV, and N407LT. The enclosed records are sorted by departure date and time and all dates and times are given in Coordinated Universal Time (UTC). If you owe fees for the processing of this request, an invoice containing the amount due and payment instructions will be enclosed with this letter. The undersigned is responsible for this partial no records determination. You may request reconsideration of this determination by writing the Assistant Administrator for Finance and Management (AFN-400), Federal Aviation Administration, 800 Independence Avenue, SW., Washington, D.C. 20591, or through electronic mail at: [email protected]. Your request for reconsideration must be made in writing within 90 days from the date the initial determination was made and must include all information and arguments relied upon. Your appeal must also state that it is an "appeal" from the above-described denial of a request made under the FOIA. The envelope containing the appeal should be marked "FOIA."
