REGISTRATION INFORMATION
ORLANDO2015 ORLANDO2015
The pre-registration deadline is January 21, 2015. Forms must be received by this date to qualify for the pre-
registration rate and to register for Special Functions. Registration forms received after January 21, 2015,
will be processed as on-site registrations.

●Register on-line at www.aafs.org.
●Scan & email your registration form (both pages) to [email protected].
●Mail your registration form, along with a check, money order, or purchase order to:

● Faxed registration forms are not accepted.
Registration Confirmation
●When you register online, you will receive an email confirmation immediately.
●When you email or mail your registration form to AAFS, a confirmation email will be
sent once your registration form is processed.
●Bring a copy of your confirmation letter to the registration desk for meeting check-in.
Online Registration Information
●Online registrants are required to have an AAFS Web Account to register for the meeting.
●If you are currently a member or applicant of the AAFS, you will need to login to your
AAFS Web Account to start your registration.
●If you are not a member of the AAFS, but you are or have been an Author or Co-Author on a
presentation (oral or poster) at an AAFS Annual Meeting or a or previous Meeting Attendee,
you will have an AAFS Web Account. Use the “Forgot User Name or Password” button found
on the AAFS Web Login page to retrieve a forgotten password.
●If this is your first contact with the AAFS, you will need to create a new AAFS Web
Account. Click the “Create an Account” button on the Login Page.

AAFS Applicantsmust have a complete application on file by the January 21, 2015, pre-registration deadline.
Non-Member Traineesmust submit a letter from employer verifying trainee status to [email protected].
Full-Time Studentsmust provide a copy of spring 2015 class schedule verifying full-time status to [email protected].
Not available to those in post graduate internships, residencies, or fellowships.
IAI and AFTE Membersmust provide proof of current membership to [email protected].
PRE-REGISTRATION DEADLINE
The deadline for pre-registration is January 21, 2015. Registration forms must be received bythis date. Pre-registration forms
received at the AAFS office after January 21, 2015, will be processed as on-site registrations and will cancel all Special
Function selections (e.g., Breakfast and Luncheon Seminars, Workshops, and Special Sessions). Don’t delay; register today
via online, mail, or scan and email your pre-registration form as soon as possible to ensure your full participation and reduced
registration fees. Faxed rgistration forms are not accepted.
REFUNDS
All requests for refunds must be made in writing via email ([email protected])or mail to the AAFS headquarters. Cancelled
registration fees will be refunded as follows:
Prior to December 1 Full refund less $25 charge
December 1-31 75% refund
January 1-31 60% refund
February 1-6 50% refund
No refunds after February 6, 2015.
MEETING SITE
The 2015 AAFS Annual Scientific Meeting will be held at the Hyatt Regency Orlando in Orlando, FL.
GUEST REGISTRATION
One non-forensic scientist guest registration is permitted with each full-paying registration. Guest registration includes a
name badge only (no meeting bag) and is not eligible for Continuing Education credit, Workshop registration, or Certificates
of Attendance; however, Breakfast Seminar and Luncheon Seminar tickets may be purchased by the pre-registration deadline.
