Not onlydid theyevaluate theirown work, butthat oftheSchool in itsentirety. From the canteen, to the work ofthe lab assistants, nothing was excluded. FollowingtheSelfEvaluation,whichreached its culmination in aseries ofreports, came the Evaluation Committee. This Committee comprisedvariousspecialistsin education from all over Australia. The result of their meeting wasafurtheranalysis ofthe School, both from theirownobservations,(throughinterviewsand othermeans), and from theirevaluation ofthe report compiled by the School. Any member of staff, student, parent, or other person involved was encouraged to convey ideas, problems or complaints to these people. Such asystem was designed to portray a true image of the School. The process has now reached the stage of implementation, and only after implementation will itsworth be truly realised. It was, (or is) a courageous path for a school KookaburraCommittee.
