1. Welcome and Introductions.

2. Approval of Minutes from December 16, 2019.

3. Overview of Work Plan and Scope of Work.

a. Nelson\Nygaard staff will go over their proposal for the Sustainable
Transportation Plan. Expectations of the consultant, committee, and town
staff will be discussed.

4. Project Schedule.

a. Nelson\Nygaard staff will go over the Sustainable Transportation Plan
project schedule including milestones for deliverables, public outreach,
and meetings with the committee.

5. Discussion: Project Goals and Outcomes

a. Nelson\Nygaard staff will lead a discussion about current transportation
issues, concerns and opportunities in Arlington. The purpose of the
discussion is for the consultant team to better understand Arlington’s
transportation challenges from the perspective of the committee
membership and to identify study topics most relevant to Arlington on
which to focus the existing conditions work.
