Meeting of The Board of Assessors: January, 12, 2009
Present: Mary Winstanley O’Connor, Esquire, Chairman, James J. Doherty, MAA, Kevin P. Feeley, Esquire
The Board Of Assessors met at 5:30 P.M.
The Board reviewed and signed Motor Vehicle reports and other various documents and bills.
The Board signed statutory exemptions.
Mr. Greeley reviewed the ongoing re-inspection program by Patriot Properties.
Mr. Greeley updated the Board on the abatement applications.
The Board instructed Mr. Greeley to prepare the Budget.
The Board voted to increase the local statutory exemptions by an additional 10%.
The Board instructed Mr. Greeley to submit the annual report and the Manager’s report.
The Board adjourned at 8:00 p.m. and agreed to meet January 26, 2009.
