6:00PM Arlington Redevelopment Board to convene in Selectmen’s chambers to
meet with Selectmen.

7:00PM Board to recess and move to second floor conference room of the Robbins
Memorial Town Hall Annex to meet with representatives of Symmes
Redevelopment Associates to discuss regulatory agreements for the 120%
affordable housing and get a progress report on the Symmes development.

8:00PM Board to open a public hearing to amend the special permit for 1398 and
1406 Massachusetts Avenue (Dockets 3013 and 3299).

9:00PM Board to discuss amendments to the zoning bylaw for inclusion in the
warrant for the 2008 Annual Town Meeting.

10:00PM Board to discuss Arlington Storefront Improvement Program.

10:30PM Board to review minutes of December 17, 2007 meeting.

10:35PM Adjourn
