CPC members were proved with various Capital Pian materials (Capital Plan & Budget, Cash Pian, Bond Plan and so forts for wo scenarios (Base & Scenario Adescribed below), The memorandum of the 12/18 meeting was revewed and approved. 2. Station Schoo! Funding: ltwas decided to leave the funding for Seaton School as its Inthe plan. Stove Gtigan confimed and te Commitee agreed that, funds can be borrowed from the Fie Station surplus, I'need be. ‘Adjustments can be made as necessary ter the bids come in. Ago, te Town needs to hear on whether te State Green Grant willbe approved (bid information expected by February, grant award in Apion). ifthere ae funds remaining afer the bid and constucion process, the CPC may consider thelr use for fume replacement at Staton 3. Community Safety Building: Charlie Fosket reported on a communication fom Jon Cole of he PTBC on the need fora greater amount io work and capital expenciture (as compared to previously thought) o properly address. and correct te esteror envelope of the Community SafetyBullding. PTBC provided a very recentreportby re ‘Nehilectoutining evaluatons, needs and costs. The results that he cost of Phase 2 of te program needs to be Increased rom the prevous estimate of $835k to $2.4k (the later includes al costs incuding design). The CPC. ‘agreed to include $232k for design servces for Phase 2 into te FY2012 Budget andlooko fund the balance in FY 2013, 4, Overall Budget: Adam Chapdelaine reported that we should know more about the overall State budget plan ‘when the Governor addresses the MMAon January26. ‘5. “Fiting"the Plan: The CPC jintyrevewed the Plan gett to conform tothe 5% target. This was done using the CCash and Bond Plans for wo capital plan scenarios. These included a base plan, which represents plan withthe \arious recommendatonsimodificatons of he Sub-commitoes. Scenario Arepresenis an inital atompttofitthe Base Plan into the plan parameters. The Cash and Bonds plans were reviewed, modifications made and voted by wuwaringeern gomhaic DenrertangteMh Capertee 201107 06 ZO RaPagent the CPC. Chatie Foskot will make the voted changes electonicallyand reissue the CPC materials o the Commits, 6. Next Meeting: The CPC wll maet prior tothe FinCom presentation in February.
