Westland Mall is a unique regional Mall located in Hialeah, Florida. The Mall CONSTRUCTION TYPE:
features over 100 specialty stores, food, entertainment and great shopping Existing Mall Building: TYPE 2B Fully Sprinklered
for the whole family. The anchors include Macy’s, J.C. Penney and Sears.
Westland Mall also includes eateries such as Fuddrucker’s, Chili’s, Manchu OCCUPANCY TYPE:
Wok, McDonald’s, Edy’s, and more.

Westland Mall sits in the heart of northwest Dade county and has access to
