Sincerely, Ray Bridgeman Executive Director 8 9 MASTER FOR MORTGAGE FORECLOSURE CONCILIATION PROGRAM The Court of Common Pleas of Lehigh County is seeking a Master to conduct Conciliation Conferences in Mortgage Foreclosure Cases involving owner-occupied residential properties. Such conferences are designed to facilitate a timely deter- mination of eligibility under federal and local programs and possible workout plans to avoid foreclosure. The successful candidate must be a member of the Penn- sylvania Bar and will be paid at the rate of $50.00 per hour. Based upon the current demand, it is expected the Master will sit three to four times a month.
