by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the National Commission

for Minorities Act, 1992 (19 of 1992) as amended vide the
vk;kxs vf/fu;e] 1992 (1992 dk 19) dh /kjk 3 dh mi/kjk
National Commission for Minorities (Amendment) Act,
(1) esa iznÙk 'kfDr;ksa dk iz;ksx djrs gq,] dsUnz ljdkj ,rn~}kjk
1995 (44 of 1995) the Central Government hereby appoints
ml /kjk dh mi&/kjk (2) ds varxZr Jh izohu Mkoj dks muds Shri Praveen Davar, as Member of the said Commission
dk;ZHkkj xzg.k djus dh rkjh[k ls rhu o"kks± dh vof/ ds fy, mDr under Sub-section (2) of that Section for a period of three
vk;ksx ds lnL; ds :i esa fu;qDr djrh gSA years with effect from the date of assumption of office by
him.
