O.11 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 7 of the Customs Act, 1962 (52 of 1962), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendments in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Finance, Department of Revenue, No. 62/94-(NT) Customs dated the 21st November, 1994, namely :- In the Table annexed to the said notification, against serial number 10 relating to Tamilnadu, in Column (3) against item (1) relating to the Ennore Port, in column (4), for the entry, the following entry shall be substituted, namely :- "(a) Unloading of following imported goods namely :- (i) Ammonia, (ii) Construction material/equipment for construction of new port at Ennore. (b) Loading of construction material/equipment imported for construction of new port at Ennore." [F.No. 574/18/98-LC] V.K. GARG, Dy. Secy.
