The WWT Training and Technical Assistance Center is a statewide initiative funded by the Mental Health Services Act (MHSA) and is administered by the Office of Statewide Health Planning and Development (OSHPD). Communities and county public mental health systems, through the implementation of MHSA programs, are committed to a multicultural, recovery and resilience oriented public mental health care.
