Recently,theMinistryoftheEnvironment
MobileAir (MOE)amendedtheRefrigerants
Conditioning Regulation(O. Reg. 189/94), making

ministry'sSpillsActionCentre(1-800-268-6060).
Clearer Definitions
TheMinistryoftheEnvironmenthasincludedtwo
newdefinitions(refrigerantand mobileair
conditioner)andhasclarifiedthedefinitionof
wholesalertomakeitclearthatanyonewho
purchasesrefrigerantsforthepurposesofresale
mustkeeprecordsasrequiredundersection 14of
theRefrigerantsRegulation.
