July 1, 2014 Don Johnson Sent via Email: [email protected] Federal Communications Commission SUBJECT: REQUEST FOR MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT REVIEW AND SIGNATURE SBA SITE COPPER HARBOR (MI12999-B) NEAR 14107 BROCKWAY MOUNTAIN DRIVE, KEWEENAW COUNTY, MICHIGAN 49918 RAMAKER & ASSOCIATES, INC. JOB NUMBER: 20670 Dear Don: Please find attached the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the SBA Towers III, LLC (SBA) tower near 14107 Brockway Mountain Drive, near Copper Harbor in Keweenaw County, Michigan along with the attached Consulting Party signatory sheets. SBA, after reaching an agreement on the MOA with the Michigan SHPO, contacted each of the consulting parties (see attached proof of delivery) and asked for their concurrence. Three responses to the MOA were received and are attached. None chose to sign the agreement. SBA is requesting that the Federal Communications Commission approve the MOA and forward it to the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation (ACHP) for the requisite review and comment. Once the Section 106 process is complete, or upon your advice, SBA will proceed to finalize and file the EA. I would appreciate being notified when the FCC sends the MOA to the ACHP. You have the packet containing the documents that SBA provided to the SHPO and Consulting Parties. However, should you need additional documentation of the process or have questions regarding the MOA, please call or contact me. Sincerely, RAMAKER & ASSOCIATES, INC. Michael S.
