Therefore, Vinh Long’s Electricity of Vinh Long Electricity, as well as all members of the Vietnam Electricity has also been changing step by step to suit the new business conditions. Along with investment in equipment and technology for production management, human factors are invested to develop, to adapt to production requirements. With the open-door policies of the state on the electricity market and the development strategies of the Group, the member firms in particular and the Vinh Long Electricity in general must find ways to improve production efficiency, including the improvement of labor efficiency at the unit. Through the survey questions opinions of 99 people working at Electricity to evaluate the content, such as stock assessment and labor structure of production of electricity; Evaluation of training; Rating value of teamwork skills, ethical evaluation, employee behavior, assessment of corporate culture in electric Power; evaluation of employee evaluation activities; income assessment in power; evaluation of advancement in power; recruitment resource assessment and recruitment process. With the theme " “Some solutions for strengthening management apparatus in Vinh Long City Power Company, in period of 2013-2018” through the theoretical and practical issues, the management of human resources in Vinh Long City’s Electricity is very effective Since the purpose of this project is to systemize the theoretical foundations of human resource management and labor efficiency, and situation analysis of factors affecting the efficiency of labor to find out causes affecting human resource management in Vinh Long City power. On the basis of analyzing the causes that to find a solution to improve the effective management of human resources of the business coming.
