First and foremost, thanks to Sharon Cox for guiding this book through the transition to Wiley. And special thanks to Adaobi Obi Tulton, who was the glue that held this project together and who had to put up with me for so long! To everyone else from the Wiley/WROX team who was involved in the book, a heart-felt thank you. Behind the scenes, there are many people I work with, especially Colin, Alice, and Lisa, who have been a sounding board and have had to hear about this project for going on two years now. As always, a big thank you needs to go out to the Crystal Decisions Asia Pacific team for their support and assistance, and to Craig in particular for his faith and confidence in me and for continually keeping me challenged. And on a personal note, there is a worldwide network of friends and family who offer their support and encouragement on a daily basis, which I couldn’t do without.
