Department, SAIL, Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela and its Workman Shri Subash Ch. For the Second Party—Workman 2 AWARD The Government of Odisha in the Labour & Employment Department in exercise of their powers conferred under sub-section (5) of Section 12, read with Clause (d) of sub-section (1) of Section 10 of the Industrial Disputes Act have referred the following dispute vide Order No. 3430—Ii/1(SS)-57/2006-LE., dated the 5th April 2007 for adjudication : “Whether the action of the Management of Rourkela Steel Plant, Rourkela in terminating the services of Shri S. C. Prusty, Pl. No. 39765, Yard Master, Traffic & Raw Materials Department, Rourkela Steel Plant with effect from the 29th October 2001 is legal and/or justified ? If not, what relief he is entitled to ?”. 2. On notices being sent the management appeared on several dates, but the workman neither appeared nor sent any information. So it seems that either there is no dispute or they have settled their dispute amicably outside the Court. Accordingly No Dispute Award is passed. Dictated and corrected by me. V. JAYASHREE V.
