concerning the emails of former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton. We are encouraged
to hear about the progress of the Electronic Records Management Working Group
(ERMWG) in updating the Departmenfs email management guidance, including the
piloting of the Capstone approach to capturing email messages. We are also pleased to
hear that the Foreign Affairs Manual { F A M ­
i~}Jl;h!codifylng recordkeeping requirements related to the use of personal or non­
official email accounts for official business consistent with the November 2014,
amendments to the Federal Records Act
