They are responsible for directing MSBS’s business intelligence (BI) solution architecture, including the PerformancePoint Server component, for their insurance industry customers. Rachel and Mark both have more than 11 years of experience architecting and deploying BI solutions in the financial services industry. Rachel has an undergraduate degree from Brandeis University and a graduate degree from Columbia University. Mark has an undergraduate degree from Cornell University and earned his PhD at New York University.
