Everyone,
The Supreme Court did not issue a decision today in either Jennings v. Rodriguez, No. 15-1204
(regarding bond proceedings), or Sessions v. Dimaya, No. 15-1498 (regarding the constitutionality of
18 U.S.C. § 16(b)). The Court will accordingly hear rearguments in both cases on a future date TBD in
the October 2017 term.
