These notes for a highschool level and graduate course in set theory are on their way to becoming a book. They originated as handwritten notes in a course at the Malawi University of Science and Technology and the University of Malawi given by Dr. Mwamtobe, and Dr. N. Dzupire. I produced the first electronic copy in December 2021. Zaithwa Numero produced this copy here in May 2022. As an introductory text, though short the material supplies all the required introductory concepts, but should not be
considered as a final draft. One more a chapter will be added now and then.
