The first edition of ICISN 2021, at UTT given an international forum, where academician, researchers as well as industry practitioners who were actively involved in the research fields of mobile and wireless networks, software engineering, computationalintelligence, signalprocessing,IoTapplications, orany other emerging trends related to the theme covered by the conference. This conference was in hybrid nature, was offline and online technical paper sessions,invitedtalks,andpanelsorganizedaroundtherelevanttheme.ICISN2021 receivedamassiveresponseintermsofthesubmissionofpapersacrosstheglobe. ICISN 2021 received 275 reports from various countries outside Vietnam, such as theUSA,India,China,Russia,Australia,Japan,Philippines,Bangladesh,Malaysia, Romania, and Iraq. The organizing committee of ICISN 2021 constituted a robust international programcommitteeforreviewingpapers.Themanuscriptsubmissionwasmanaged through EasyChair, and among all, only 78 papers have been selected after a thorough review process. The conference proceedings will be published in lecture note in network systems (ISSN: 2367-3370), Springer, currently indexed in SCOPUS, Google Scholar, and Springerlink.
