notification No. CCP(NCR)/KCA-1/2002/1600, dated the 5th August, 2002, published in the Haryana Government
Gazette, dated the 13th August, 2002 in its authorised English translation-
(I) In ANNEXURE B , under heading "Zoning Regulations", under sub -heading "II. Definitions: ", in
clause (1), against serial No. 3, under clause 2, for "481B, read "4818";
(II) In Appendix B, for "IV. Transport and Commercial Zone", read "IV. Transport and Communication
Zone";
(111) In Appendix B, under heading "V. Public and Semi Public Uses Zone", under sub heading (iv) for
"open houses", read "opera houses".

No. is needed by the Government,
at public expense, for a public purpose, namely Constg. of road from Dhabi Tek Singh to Pipaltha,,Tehsil Narwana,
District Jind. It is, therefore, hereby declared that the land described in specification below is required for the
aforesaid purpose.
This declaration is made under the provisions of Section 6 of the Land Acquisition Act, 1894 to all whom it
may concern and under the provisions of Section 7 of said Act. The Land Acquisition Collector, PWD, B&R, Hisar is
hereby directed to take order for the acquisition of the said land.
Plan of land may be inspected in the office of the Land Acquisition Collector. PWDB&R Hisar and Executive
Engineer, Provincial/PWD, B&R, Narwana.
