ITO but is discriminated from the latter by thepronotum sinuately convergentbasadinsteadofbeinglinearlysoandnarrowerinlateral furrows. ThisnewspeciesiscompletelysympatricwithT. (T)sill/,,01、、uensls.As farasI knew infieldworks, thisspecies is foundinthesame valleynearMinokoshiofMt. Tsurugi.EcologyofthesespeciesonMt.Kumosou-yamaandMt.Kotsu-sanmaybe thesame.Fromthisphenomenon,itcanbeestimatedthatthetwospeciesarewidely isolated fromeachother inphylogeneticandgeneticaspects,inspiteofbeingsimilar inapparentexternalcharacteristics.
